These terms govern your use of the Apex Automations website and the engagement of our services. By using this site or commissioning work from us, you agree to them.

1. Services

Apex Automations designs, builds, and deploys automation, AI, and software solutions. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed between you and us before work begins. That proposal, together with these terms, forms our agreement.

2. Proposals & pricing

Every engagement is custom-scoped. Package descriptions on this site are starting points, not fixed quotes.
Following an enquiry we respond within 24 hours, and after a free audit call you receive a fixed-price proposal, typically within 48 hours.
Prices, payment schedules, and any deposits are stated in your proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time we may need timely access to your accounts, tools, content, and decision-makers. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You confirm you have the right to grant us any access required for the work.

4. Revisions & support

The number of revision rounds and the post-launch support window are specified per package or proposal. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

5. Intellectual property & ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables and the accounts we set up in your name. We may retain reusable, non-client-specific components, methods, and know-how, and — unless you ask otherwise — reference the engagement in our portfolio.

6. Third-party platforms

Our solutions often run on third-party platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, OpenAI, WhatsApp, CRMs). Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with professional care but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to perform the engagement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Chandigarh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
